What Gymmy receives
Telegram supplies the account, chat and delivery identifiers needed to answer you. Gymmy also processes what you choose to send: messages, food or progress photos and, when enabled, voice-note transcripts.

What Gymmy remembers
Fitness records can include goals, preferences, limitations you volunteer, meals, macros, workouts, sets, personal records, plans, weight and progress. Gymmy creates calculations, coaching summaries and conversation memory to keep context between chats.
Why it is used
This data is used to reply, log food and training, calculate progress, remember relevant preferences, deliver proactive check-ins, coordinate Crew accountability and protect the service. Gymmy does not sell fitness records or photos for advertising.
Website analytics
With your permission, gymmy.life uses PostHog to measure page visits, navigation, button clicks, section reach, scroll depth, video engagement, performance and errors. Masked session replay may record how the public website is used, but form inputs are masked and console logs are not recorded. You can allow or decline this collection below at any time.
AI and service providers
Relevant prompts and requested media are sent to the AI provider configured for the production service. Telegram carries messages; the operator's database stores records; private storage may hold photos you ask Gymmy to save. Providers may process data outside your country. Gymmy does not train a Gymmy-specific model on your content.
Private and shared spaces
Crew spaces use membership and group-conversation information for accountability. Gymmy is designed not to reveal a member's private food logs, weight or personal photos in group replies. Saved records are separated by user tenant.
Retention and deletion
Saved records and progress photos remain available while you use Gymmy or until they are deleted. Incoming Telegram media is cached only for processing unless you ask Gymmy to save it. To request access, correction, export or deletion of your account data, contact the operator using the address below.
Safety and rights
Gymmy uses signed sessions and tenant-scoped access controls, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Gymmy is for adults. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal data.
