Using Gymmy
Gymmy is a fitness and nutrition companion currently delivered through Telegram at @gymmybuddy_bot. You must be at least 18 and legally able to accept these terms.

Effective August 9, 2026. These terms explain the relationship between Gymmy and the people who use it.
What Gymmy does
Gymmy can interpret messages, photos and voice transcripts, keep fitness records, estimate food, log training and send proactive check-ins. Features and AI providers may change as the service develops.
Health and AI limits
Gymmy is not a doctor, dietitian or emergency service. Outputs can be incomplete or wrong, especially calorie estimates from photos. Do not use Gymmy to diagnose, treat or make urgent medical decisions. Stop training and seek qualified help when symptoms, injury or risk call for it.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you send. You permit Gymmy and its service providers to process that content only as needed to run, secure and improve the service. Do not send content you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, bypass access controls, probe other users' data, automate harmful traffic, impersonate others, or use Gymmy to create illegal, dangerous or deceptive content.
Availability and changes
Gymmy is provided as available, without a service-level guarantee. We may correct records, limit features or suspend access to protect users and the service. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a new date.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, Gymmy and its operator are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, missed training outcomes, inaccurate estimates or decisions made from AI output. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
